Banded Armor, Heavy Lamellar and Steel Cutter - Barristan - 11-04-2012
At present it seems that both of these items have the same stats while Hvy Lammellar has nearly the same crafting needs as stripped. Perhaps the latter should be buffed or made into an armor for another class?
Also the steel cutter is listed as knight only. I figure all of this is being looked at anyway but, just thought I would mention it.

I agree, from what i have heard striped and heavy cost about the same to make yet are so different in stats and cost.
