I never said I answered the full question. He could have just looked at that thread, seen it is usable by Sharpshooter, and then put up questions regarding item cost in the appropriate section: http://forum.nordinvasion.com/index.php?board,69.0.html

As for my personal cost opinion, anywhere from 6-10m. The price on these things fluctuates a lot.
