Another suggestion may be a bad one i dont know. Id happily take over the house if i could rename it/ clear the house out as ive requested over the year. Only reason i say this is because it was me,Ughgh and Blade that leveled maybe 80% of the house crafting. So someone that actually leveled it could be in charge of the house crafting rather then it defaulting to people that were not even around when it was done. I'd also have no interest in the weapons Ughgh left behind for the house. So the House weapons i would just destroy or give to the devs as they belong to nobody.
Again just an idea dont wana step on anyone's toes.
