Now that house cleaning is over and done, what about the forementioned idea of moving all of the mains to "Sargeant" (discluding Captains) and all of the alts to recruit?

I'm able to work on the banner again, if people have anything else they want to see.
Currently, the choices seem to be down to the gray stripes, crowds, crown, and probably a labeling of Scarlet Knights somewhere high up to mark it a house banner. Other choice is the completely new banner. (of my designs).
