Would like to restate what was said by Winter before as it still is in effect. As a house we are accepting applications but it is a lot harder to get into the house right now you need a Hauptmann or 2 soldiers to vouch for you that are in this house. Feel free to still apply but the house has grown a lot of late and now it is time to refocus onto the members we have. I just wanted to restate this. This applies to all that are currently applying to the house before Winters original post of this and now mine. We are still willing to look at applications but please try and follow this as the house has grown. As a Captain I am happy were the house is has been and is going. Keep it up.

All applications are still valid until denied by Winter, you can still apply because Winter has say in those maters.

So no, you don't get a free pass, but you can still apply and if Winter still knows you from before (and you weren't a baddie) then he will probably let you in, despite our new strict conduct.
