Hello everyone!
It has been a while since we've done a major change to the rules page and after adjusting, adding, and removing rules here and there, it has gotten messy.
With that in mind, the rules have been updated to improve readability.

If you see any mistakes, omissions, or otherwise confusing rules, please let us know.
