Dom, Harlaus and I decided to downgrade Harlaus to Sergeant and of course upgrade someone else to Captain. It was mainly because of activity, nothing personal, Harlaus.
Congratulations Maroon, you are now (again) a Captain of The Order of the Nobles. I hope Dom doesn't give up and keeps going.
