If it happens again please use the in game 'report player' and if an Admin is free they will attend.

I was there, he was saying it as a joke. Everyone was using banter, perhaps you were more offended because people told you earlier that you were blocking them? Anyways, it was said completely in jest and the player even apologized to you.
