I don'T see the difference between using a rare item and people actually editing their screenshot with stuff.

I'll let the admins decide without complaining, but I will point out that your screenshot is of a developer in developer gear, so I'd be wary of getting into pot and kettle territory.

I imagine it comes down a lot to the individual judge(s).

I know when I am judging I tend to lean more towards naturally occurring screenshots then edited or manipulated screenshots.
