What do you guys think... I feel like its kinda sucks for these new players cause its a good starter weapon for them especially all these newer archer players
I agree. Drops will soon be in the process of being edited to more suit the current playerbase. Hopefully that helps.
edit: although i feel that this post is in the wrong place

I would make a new loot with the stats of wormbane that drops on beginner 20-5% of the time - Maybe lock it to that id or account if you can.
Why
1 A sniper/inf orange basted would be good so it would be like 58c 103 speed ish
2 Do not make people with wormbane mad about it dropping and lowering in value
3...
