I'm not entirely mad about this, but can I have an explanation as to why ebony/elmwood bow was nerfed? I had just bought it last week, and now this
I'm not by any means rich, in fact ebony bow + bronze arrows is my entire worth, so I'm quite depressed about this. Been here for 3 years, never complained, so all I want is an explanation to help me feel better (hopefully) and know if its worth holding on to or not because its currently up for sale as I don't see a reason to keep it, as it is now entirely worse than any of its former competitors.

The Ebony/Elmwood Bows have the same crafting cost and class requirements as the King's Will. It was nerfed to be a faster, less damaging equivalent, much as the Fiendish is to the Hurricane, instead of being flat out better.

New ebony/Elmwood bow stats will be 34 puncture 86 speed, correct?

No. The speed nerf was to the projectile speed, not the rate of fire. The new stats are 88 speed, 56 projectile speed, and 34p.
King's Will
spd_rtng(85) | shoot_speed(58) | thrust_damage(36, pierce)
Ebony/Elmwood
spd_rtng(88) | shoot_speed(56) | thrust_damage(34, pierce)

If the old stats of Gold Lamellar armour are:
Weight: 8.0
Body Armor Rating: 53
Leg Armor Rating: 26
And it got buffed with:
Weight: 8.0 - 2.0
Body Armor Rating: 53 + 3
Leg Armor Rating: 26 + 4
Then why are the current stats?:
Weight: 6.0
Body Armor Rating: 54
Leg Armor Rating: 28
Has there some spooky stuff been going on? Please make this clear for the good old Lord Pepe.
