Lvl 3 Body armors no longer need Chain Links.

Khergit Scale Armor is used by Heavy Skirmisher and Pikeman.

Heavy Surcoat over Mail is used by Sergeant and Commando.

Anyone know who can use heavy surcoat over mail?
