Well, people often go into single player to look at stuff, so it's not a joke.

Nevermind, went into single player myself.

Can someone tell me the stats of the armor and level needed to craft it?

If its commando only the Bodyarmor must be 87.

Hmm. How'd ye figure that out?

Then it must've been 58 body armor before increase.

It has 87ba and 36 la. I can confirm this now
