8 Days is not a long time. And yes VM is active, Buts its not easy to play when my computer is dying. I now have replaced the motherboard and CPU and should now be able to run stuff at a decent speed.

Look at the requirements. you need to be level 39 or higher. in the mean time, FV is another NA house that accepts all levels.
