I respec'ced today after the patch back into sargeant like I was before the patch I then noticed that my stats seem much lower than they should be even after todays nerf. I have checked with several other Sargeants in my house and I have confirmed my stats should not be 55 1h and 65 2h. any Explanation would be appreciated. Solutions even more so
