Swadian Poleaxe is no where near 300k
20HM = 60k

Let me rephrase what I meant. Swadian Poleaxes are worth around 300k, but they are very difficult to sell. Because of the fact that I do not have an outstanding skirmisher yet, and I do not seek to get him any good equips yet, this would mean I would have to sell the poleaxe instead of using it. And like listed above, it is hard to sell.
TL;DR, I do not want a swadian poleaxe. Not for that worth at least
