I had the same thing on Mountain Pass, I was running towards the bean soup and had like 1 HP, when I was nearly there I just...passed out. Was just me though nothing massive. Have some screenshots on where it happened exactly but they're not on my laptop...will upload tomorrow

Its a known area that for some reason kills people, no-one knows why, its like its haunted, anyway i'll see if i can tweak it next patch
