The plan is to not allow legendary weapons and only use a selection of low level items, there will be a list of items that will be allowed on the thread.
since a lvl 52 player has 30 str and agi and a low level 4 and 4 it still isnt fair
You can get to 30 str and 30 agility way before level 52.
I believe it requires 66k mele and 66k ranged to get 30,30
