But very rare, so people seem to pay way more.

I bought Elmwood arrows few minutes ago for 5.5mio + Trans + Bronze Arrows

You won't buy it cheaper. I'm crafting second elmwood arrows and I scarcely have 18 eagle feathers. I started buying them on March 28. So the effort is quite big. It takes really long as eagles loot rarely.
