If the servers crash, please jump on IRC and someone will be around who can restart them. IRC is the best place to start if the server requires a restart.

If you cannot reach anybody over the IRC please send a PM to Barristan.

These are the people with the ability to restart specific region groups:

AU - Ragnash, Benschie
NA - Huscarlton_Banks, Hande
EU - Huscarlton_Banks, Hypernoma, Barristan, Hande, Naozumi, MrGuarnere

I was wondering if there is any way to solve these crashes? Couldn't find anything in other posts so thought I'd ask it here.

The server host is responsible for the problems. Unfortunately there is very little that can be done about it aside from a reset that we endeavor to do quickly.

Unfortunately sever supply at a reasonable price in Aus is very difficult. Once the NBN rolls out in Wizard's area we will be moving to a dedicated box that we already have built.

the nord invasion servers for AU are down can you guys please fix them

all servers just went down  >

Probably a fix being added to the servers for all the crashes at spawns, etc.
