Sniper + Ranger One handed: 150 Two handed: 120 Polearm: 45 Archery: 256 (+4) Crossbow: 20 Throwing: 20 Power draw: 6 Power throw: 2 Power strike: 4 Ironflesh: 8 Athletics: 8 (+1) Shield: 6

A weapon proficiency not divisible by 5? Blasphemy! It should be increased by 4 more proficiency so that it's a nice round number

+4 Archery and +1 Athletics
Still doesn't feel like worth it

This actually sounds like a good idea to make these classes like Ranger or so more common.
Maybe just give them the money they "wasted" back if you will make some price changes.
