Correct. It falls between Bronze and Ebony/Elmwood.

Yep but only one looted And only 2 ingame

If they are at legendary status then I am sure the stats will be updated or they will be a pretty useless legendary.

middle legendary, soon new arrows for rag should be introduced. i would expect these to stay with the current stats.

I think Thea get a buff ,becuz no Legendery is worster then a craftable ,one dmg more then ebony and one less then Black should be fine &fair
