Just wanted to know the trade/sell value on the sunpike?
I found it the fourth day I played i think. Is it really hard to find one?
And how does the trading work. Tried to find it in the forums but couldnt see anything. I read somewhere that You have to be members of the same house, is that correct?

Yep the sunpike is rare and yes you have to be in a house to trade (with members of the house).
