How do I fix this? I have already tried deleting and re-installing the folder several times but it still comes up with this. Can anyone help me?

Try verifying your local game files in Steam.

From the Library screen:
Right-click "Mount & Blade: Warband" and choose "Properties"
Go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Verify integrity of game cache..."
If any Warband files are damaged or missing, they will be replaced.
