I want to know dmg and price

Around 8 mil i think

Way more than 8 mil, but only blame can decide about the value as he is the only one who has them

8 mil is not even near the actual price. There is only 1 set of black arrows in game which means the owner can decide on the price. Btw the one who looted them sold them for over 30 mil (as far as i remember ) .

There isn't a price for it, because, to my knowledge, there is only one set of black arrows that have ever dropped in-game, and they have never been sold. I don't remember what people were trying to offer for the arrows, but I am most sure it was a fair amount more than 8mil. A fair amount of legendaries have an arbitrary worth, especially if there aren't many in game, it all depends on what it is personally worth to the buyer, and to the seller. Although black arrows may only be 2 extra points of dmg more than ebony/elmwood arrows, which are around ~3-4mil ish, there's only 1 set of black arrows, so the value of black arrows is completely arbitrary.

From what I remember, it dropped to some guy (forgot his name), and then he just kind of gave it to Perception, or Perception bought it for some unknown price that he was very secretive about.
