Yes, typical price to buy CTS is ca. 1 m, I see them go for 900k sometimes. CTS is extremely popular, so it should not take long to find one to buy. For most items crafting is more expensive then to buy them.
Buying them is way cheaper, easy to get some for 900k or even less.
just crafted mine for around 900k
I did find some of the HM though.
