Today I accepted the farmland demolition quest and completed it. I went to go check my quests page and it was in the available quests section again.

Ah, damn, I thought i had fixed that! Thanks for the heads up, i'll take a look tonight

it worked for me

Peasent Envy reappears after I complete it as well.
