I'm wonderdering what should i do next
My equipment at the moment
Throwables : Craftable Javlines
Polearm : i dont have one
Head : Khergit guard helmet
Body : Khergit scale armor
Hands : Mail gauntlets
Feet armor: dont have feet armor
Support : dont have
(btw im level 42)
So i want to know which equipment to upgrade to (in all the sections),
which class to upgrade to (or multiclass),
and well anything else that is important.

You could just buy the Marketplace boot.
As DrCox said, cts are something to think about in the near future. You could also do the next step after craftable javelins and buy Jarids out of the Marketplace.
Concerning the polearm: A Swadian Poleaxe or something like that should be in your price range.
Classes: Next step is reaching Level 52. Then you need 750k to upgrade to one of three possible hero classes.

I wouldn't suggest creating a hybrid character since they became obsolete when hero classes were released.
Just level up to level 52 and than save up for the hero class you are interested in.
My favourite pikeman hero class is Marauder because it gives you access to all pikes and pole arms and you can swap between slashing and throwing.
Before you go hero class I would get gear first.
Being a hero with no gear is pointless.
Hand slot: Hourglass Gauntlets or Ornate Hourglass Gauntlets
Body slot: Pikeman's Plated Vest , Pikeman's Plated Vest over Mail or Eastern Heavy Armor
Foot armor: Marketplace
Weapon: Craftable Throwing Spears and German Poleaxe/Swadian Poleaxe
