i don't now if it is a bug or anything like that but i got on NI_Normal_Central this error message

I've gotten this a couple of times myself, and I know others have as well. It doesn't seem to affect anything but yea its there.

Its the pinging service trying to check if the server is online I believe. Nothing to worry about guys. Looks like something is wrong with the call to that service.

If I remember right, It was made by Jez. He made server list to show us if they are online but it never finished.
