I know that the body is 76 and the leg armor is 35, but i don't know the price.
Is heraldic plate the same crafting as defender but usable by zwei only?

All & its same as defender. So i'd say like 25m
Correct, just crafted one yesterday. The cost according to current AH prices was 25m. But that can varry a lot depending mostly on lumps prices since lumps are half of the cost.
