Well you value some items 5m higher so i bet it was a 28m offer

When it comes down to it vale is weird at very high tri things eg
If a Vgs doped to some noob it would be most likely sell for 50m+ but if it was more conman item it would be 30-40m.

Vale for most of the legendary's goes up and down it just depends on how much are for sale

28m minimum - 33m maximum that's the margin i would personally play with
