I have recently started playing as archer, but I'm not sure whether to use 1H or 2H weapons. I have noticed people using both. If someone could write the pros and cons for each, that would be great.

2H's have bigger sweet spots and animations that are easier to use in general. Also you have longer reach, more damage and a stab animation that's actually useful.
So unless you're a Sentinel I'd suggest getting a 2H.
