Very Heavy Throwing Axes - can not see them at my Attacker House to craft them...
Can they still get used by Legionairs ?

im Level 21 attacker house but they are not listed anymore
Yes they are still legionnaire. They are also now level 22. I have not updated the Google Doc yet.
