I know that cavalry is still a work in progress. Anyway, I have noticed that when "falling" while mounted in NI injures the player, although, in native the horse is damaged. So I don't know if this is intentionally implemented or a bug?

With "falling while mounted" you mean that your horse dies, right? It's possible from server settings side to get damage when your horse gets killed and you fall down.
