So its been YEARS since ive logged back into NI. After a quick sale I can now allocate my first 5th tier pick for my Sniper. 
What of the 3 options are best for a play style of shoot and run? Primarily a fast shooting focus as opposed to melee/hitpoints.

Warden

Correct.

Warden - shooter
Sentinel - he can use better 1h weapons which are hero locked
Ranger - tanky + usless
