I've noticed that in NI that the emblems above the characters has been offset (at least since I came back to playing in 2017-8), which it didn't use to be.
Even in native, the emblems are pulled from the center of the banner, and now they are pulled from higher up and smaller radius. For example, on the SB/SK banner, the swords used to centered in the circle (and in native 1.173, they still are). In current NI, they are offset by an amount.
This is true across all the house banners.
I have no idea where this error is coming from, but somewhere NI is picking up an offset that's not in native.
