Does the Heraldic Trans have the same Stats as normal Trans?

Do you know which mats you need for the guardian armor?

Defender Helmet,Boots,Gauntles and Armor?Are they released yet?

I think the mats for the guardian armour are the same as for the bear, well I hope so
