Is there a way to unbind the the serial key for NI? I always played the M&B via Steam game share bc MY former main account had M&B and my new one didn't. I bought it now for my new Steam acc and now when I start it I can join a server but I can't join in. Server says that my Character is new.

You can request an account transfer. All we need of you is your old character ID and your new one.
You'll also need to prove ownership of the old account by an verification code that is sent to your old character.
so I need to create a new NI account so there can be a transfer? And just unbinding serial key and restarting game isn't possible?
Did your new serial key show an activation code when joining a NI server?
So there are 2 option now.
You create a new account and start over from that account.
or
You create a new account and have your old account transferred to your new account
I'd like my old account to be transfered to the new. Already created one. Account name is Heda as well as the first character's name P;
