I got all the mats for a SHC, but cant craft:
-Bone Dust
-Construction Tool
-The SHC itself
Can anybody help me?

Sure. Are you talking about a Heavy Cade or a Strong Cade?
All T2 cades have the SHC recipe (and this wasn't adjusted in the crafting list to "T2 Cades") so I belive he's talking about a Heavy Cade.
