For the Steel Stinger... Well like noone wants it, you're likely to get it cheap if someone wants to get rid of it. But as always, prices aint fixed.

All above, i've even seen Ragnars wrath selling for as low as 1.9m.
But as julia said, Steel stinger is probably the same price if not lower as no one really goes out there way to buy one, havn't seen one of these traded in quite some time now and if it has it has been to balance out a trade.
IMO in gold 1.5m, max 2m both unupgraded.
I wonder what's happening to decent gear prices...
