The Heavy Sallet was available in the October 2018 cycle so it is just coming off cool-down. It just missed the cut this month but chances are it will show up again in the next couple months.

Do this and my cash can still be in the market vs just going into a gold sink.

Wouldnt fit the logic, only thing to be added to the current recipe to make sense would be pilums on top. Any of the others are restricted or a diffrent type of throwing. Also it would be a lot of feathers to match up and that Gold would be in the sink anyways.
