515K final offer! some1 sold for 450k a few days ago (thats really low) but i think 515k is a pretty good deal.

400k Gold + Grinder Helmet + Heavy Kettle Hat + 2 HM so arround 520k, but with 400.000 cash, which is really prefered by everyone.

I dont know german yet i also do have my own trading house! and you dont have to leave yours you could invite me to your house. No big deal my archer isnt the leader of my house.
