Items gone - Eligent - 01-10-2024
I traded a bunch of my items over to hamster account (KEK_Hamster_Warehouse) on 06-05-2024.
I traded theese items over to him as i was going AFG for a while. He then managed to get himself banned and before he did that he sent all my items among all hes own items over to Never's account.
I have since tried to getting those items back from Never with no luck.
i have screenshots of everything and the trades can be tracked to this id : 252922225[size=1][b][size=1][b]25292[/b][/size][/b][/size]
I have sent pm's to every dev on this forum and none have replied.
Can i consider my account wiped and just leave this game or is there anything we can do here? xd

You’re in the same situation as Hamster and nothing happened to Never.
CaptOle, Cons, et al didn’t get their items back when Maniura sold them.
Diamond didn’t get his items back when he returned to the game and Winter had already traded them away.
Woody and VLKA bank didn’t suffer any repercussions for trading Madjosh’s Durendal (I don’t consider them caving to preserve their reputation any repercussion).
And there are definitely more examples.

you know I traded all of the stuff that was in my inv at the time to Never, without distinguishing between your items and my own, which was indeed very stupid in hindsight, but until a dev cares enough to look into this (preferably Irish, since Never claims Irish forced him to sell all the stuff), you can choose to believe what Never said or you choose not to. after all, it doesn't matter anyways since we do not hold any power concerning NI. the items are gone either way and we can do nothing about it, even though you *should* get them back, since you weren't involved into anything. besides, it's just a game and there are more important things than a PoL.
