Yep, looks like you got the armor stats from the Nord version of the item, Followers of Skoll/Vanagandr/Hati get the helmet with 48 armor, players get the version with 39.
Also:
Open Salet Helmet:
Weight: 2
Head Armor: 51
Visored Salet Helmet:
Weight: 3
Head Armor: 62

Level 8 Armorsmith can make it using 1 steel and 3 leather.

The items required for the heraldic armours are incorrect. You need:
Crafting: Craft Heraldic Mail - Surcoat
30 x Metal
10 x Steel
2 x Woven Steel
2 x Black Steel
10 x Normal Charcoal
Crafting: Craft Heraldic Mail - Tunic
The same.

- Open Salet Helmet & Visored Salet Helmet- Thank you I have updated them to the correct stats
- Craft Heraldic Mail - Surcoat & Craft Heraldic Mail - Tunic - I always thought they should require more stuff, as always thank you for the spot
