I like
1-although stealing is a bit much....borrowing indefinitely i have no problem with
2-being able to do spear thrusts over peoples shoulders would add alot to the teamplay angle. crouching/bracing polearms would also be a good way to counter Cav waves.
3-Pleeeaaaaase, please, please, PLEEEEAAAAASE.
4-traps are a must, and burnable scene props would be fun.
5-no LOTRs stuff. it would be cool to have a story contest, members write stories about the heroes of Calradia and the admins choose the best to become legendary weapons.
6-it would be cool to if people were encouraged to form themed groups in houses.
7-if executed right this would make me wet myself, are you talking player mounts or a boss wave?

Take the "intelligent" part out of your subject now.
I think these features would allow for greater dynamic in gameplay, expecially when you're fighting hordes [of Nords].
