Well the royal is still worth atleast 2 mil in crafting materials but you dont see them selling for that amount anymore purely because there are better alternatives now. Guess its the same thing with the HWH.

It costs 2mil gold + 20 water of hvergilmir (which is like 1.4mil) making it a 3.4milish weapon.
However, I don't mind selling something underpriced if it's what i'm looking for... I know someone that sold an item worth 6million at the time for 3.2million when someone offered 9 million, just because it was what he/she was looking for.
