Then maybe a quest equal to this quest just that it´s only for Commandos/Pikemen/Sharpshooter.

But this commando, pikeman, ... theme already came up in another quest, where it was said that hybrids would never be able to reach such a quest. I will think about this and might post some equal quest suggestions soon, be free to post more thoughts

On my Sharpshooter I happen to kill more rangers than most of the snipers in the team combined, on Hard and Ragnarok at least, so I'd suggest making the Sharpshooter and Sniper quests available to both, and give the Pikeman and Commando access to both of the other quests.
