No, they don`t. wormbane and aurora is meant to be used by everyone, so that is totally fine. Also , keep in mind that all the stuff is constantly beeing balanced over time, new stuff added , so it is a neverending obsolet changing.

I too think the Wormbane could use a buff, and a speed buff seems like just the right thing for it. I realize it's an extremely common legendary, but I like the way it looks. And using it as a one hander is way too slow.
