Only marketplace items that ANYONE can use. The easiest way to figure out which items fall under this category would be to create a level one character and look in the market place. Only things that he can see will be usable in this event. Other than support items

Yes, players will be restricted to marketplace gear ONLY (with the exception of the barricades) and the gear purchased from the marketplace must be USABLE BY ALL
