The colour that it pops up as. And also the minimum required classes. So CTS would have a higher score than the craft-able javelins but it would be less than something like twigs. A wormbane would be as valuable as a tier 4 green craft-able at best because of it being usable by everyone despite being of the highest grade (legendary). Repeated equips would have to not count otherwise someone could just equip the same weapon or ammo repeatedly to boost score.
